Photograph shows street scene on Broadway. The Commercial State Bank and Trust Company of New York, is on the left. It was founded in 1924 and had a main office at 116 Fifth Avenue. A hot knishes food cart is on the corner of Spring St.
On the right, we can see some 19th century structures on the site of the old St. Nicholas Hotel, closed in 1884.
