Photograph published in 1910 in the book Both Sides of Broadway from Bowling Green to Central Park. Original title: 350 to 358 Broadway, at Leonard Street. New York Central Lines - Merchants Despatch - Exchange Buffet - Peck & Mack Co., Hardware - Finn Bros., Desks, etc.
The Leonard Building (350 Broadway / 101 Leonard Street) on the corner was completed in 1904. It replaced a five-story building on the site. Around 1920, it was expanded to 12 floors above ground. In 2013, it was acquired by Extell Development and converted into residential condominiums.
