Broadway Maiden Lane Building, Guardian Trust Company - 1910
Photo shows buildings around the corner of Broadway and Maiden Lane (left in the photo). The Broadway Maiden Lane Building, at 170 Broadway, home of the Guardian Trust Company, was erected in 1903, designed by Clinton & Russell with 17 floors above ground, and still exist.
