Hotel Marie Antoinette - 1905
Exterior view of Hotel Marie Antoinette, located at 1961 - 1979 Broadway, between West 66th Street and West 67th Street (on the right), with 12 floors above ground. The Hotel Marie Antoinette operated on the corner of West 66th Street in 1900. In the early 20th century, the Marie Antoinette was managed by Albert R. Keen, he was also the manager of Manhanset House in New York. Across 67th Street stands the Boulevard Hotel.
Sometimes it was referred as two hotels: the Marie Antoinette, on the corner of 66th Street, and Hotel Dauphin, on the corner of 67th Street. It was demolished in the 1960s. Today, the site is occupied by the 32-story Grand Millennium building (1965 Broadway), erected in 1997.
