Murray Hill Hotel on Park Avenue - 1893
The Murray Hill Hotel, on the old Park Avenue and East 41st Street, New York City. The hotel opened in 1884, with 600 rooms, and the 7-story building was demolished by 1948. Photograph 1893 from H.N. Tiemann & Co. photograph collection, New-York Historical Society.
The Belmont Hotel was completed in 1906, between 41st Street and 42nd St. The Grand Central Station is in the distance.
