Old St. Denis Hotel
About 1920
The old six-story St. Denis Hotel after it was closed in 1919. The East 11th Street is on the right.
St. Denis Hotel opened in 1853 and it was expanded twice, about 1875 and in 1891. The hotel was closed in 1919 to all patrons. The property was sold in February, 1920, and then transformed into an office building, when the façade decoration was removed. The building was demolished in 2019.
