The Mill Hotel No. 3 is on the right at 485 Seventh Avenue. It was built in 1907 by Darius Ogden Mills, as a model lodging house for working-class men, and still stands today. It is a New York City landmark, designated in 2010. The Fashion Tower South & North, built in 1925 and 1930, are adjacent to Mills Hotel, on the southeast corner of West 37th St.
