The Financial District is a neighborhood on the southern tip of Manhattan, bounded by the West Side Highway on the west, Chambers Street and City Hall Park on the north, the East River to the southeast, and the Battery on the south. The heart of the Financial District is usually considered to be the junction of Wall Street and Broad Street.
