Photograph published in 1910 in the book Both Sides of Broadway from Bowling Green to Central Park. Original title: 52 - 56 Broadway (at Exchange Place). Ground floor occupants are: F.M. Lockwood & Co., Bankers - H.K. Burras & Co., Brokers - Josephthal, Louchheim & Co., Stock Brokers.
The featured building is the 20-story Exchange Court Building (52 Broadway), completed in 1898, on the corner of Exchange Place. Tower Building is on the right.
