Buildings on Broadway at Warren Street - 1910

 

Office buildings on Broadway, between Warren St. and Chambers St., facing City Hall Park. Chemical National Bank is on the right and the old National Shoe & Leather Bank building is to the right, out of the picture.

The 12-story 261 Broadway office building, on the left, at northwest corner of Warren St., was erected about 1906. It was occupied by Smith Gray & Company and other tenants.
