St. George's Episcopal Church - ca. 1860

 

Saint George's Episcopal Church in Manhattan, circa 1860, in Gothic style. It was burn on November 14, 1865 and rebuilt. Its gothic spires were removed in 1889. Located at 209 East 16th Street at Rutherford Place, on Stuyvesant Square. Vintage photograph, originally published in stereoscopic form.
