Trinity and United States Realty Buildings 1912
A rare view of the Trinity Building (left, between the Trinity Church yard and Thames Street) and the United States Realty Building (on the right, between Thames Street and Cedar Street), looking west from across the site of the Old Equitable Building, destroyed by fire in 1912.
These 21-story Gothic buildings (111 and 115 Broadway) , designed by architect Francis H. Kimball (1845-1919), were completed in 1907 and designated as landmarks by the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission, in 1988. Photo by Irving Underhill, December 6, 1912.
