Municipal Building and Brooklyn Bridge Terminal - 1913

The Manhattan Municipal Building is 40 stories tall, and was built between 1909 and 1917 to accommodate increased needs for office space in Manhattan. The building is one of the largest governmental buildings in the world, and houses 13 municipal agencies of New York City in the Civic Center.
