Millennium Hilton New York One UN Plaza, East Midtown NYC

The Millennium Hilton New York One UN Plaza hotel is located at 1 and 2 United Nations Plaza (aka 783-793 First Avenue, 335-343 East 44th Street and 323-333 East, 44th Street, 322-334 East 45th Street), near the headquarters of the United Nations, East Midtown, New York City. This 439-room hotel opened in 1976. It occupies part of the ground floor and top 13 stories of One and Two United Nations Plaza, a pair of 39-story skyscrapers owned by the United Nations Development Corporation (UNDC) and Millennium & Copthorne Hotels. The UN Plaza Hotel is owned by Millennium & Copthorne Hotels and operated by Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Part of the hotel's interior (lobby and Ambassador Grill) was designated a New York City landmark in 2017 as important examples of late 20th-century Modern and Post-Modern design.

The two skyscrapers were designed by architect Kevin Roche of the firm Roche-Dinkeloo. The One UN Plaza was completed in 1976 and the Two UN Plaza, completed in 1983. The are both mixed-use buildings with offices on their lowest stories. The hotel originally opened on June 8, 1976, as the United Nations Plaza Hotel. It was owned by the New York City government and operated by Hyatt. The New York City government sold the hotel in 1997 to Regal Hotels International. The Millennium & Copthorne Hotels took over the hotel in 1999. The UN Plaza Hotel became part of the Hilton brand in 2017.

The hotel facilities include the Ambassador Grill and Bar, a NYC interior landmark, UN Café in the lobby, fitness center, tennis, several meeting rooms, connecting rooms and more.
