Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown
The Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown is a hotel and residential skyscraper located at 27 Barclay Street in Tribeca, Lower Manhattan. It is housed in the 30 Park Place skyscraper, completed in 2016.
Construction of the 82-story Thirty Park Place residential skyscraper, 926 feet (282 m) high, began in the fall of 2013 and completed in 2016. It was developed by Silverstein Properties and designed by Robert A. M. Stern. The upper floors house the 157-unity Four Seasons Private Residences New York Downtown. All residences, ranging from one to six bedrooms, are reached through a dedicated residential lobby at 30 Park Place. Below are the residences of the 189-room Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown, which opened in September 2016, with its own lobby at 27 Barclay Street.
The hotel also includes a spa with a heated indoor pool, fitness center, restaurant from CUT by Wolfgang Puck, the Greenwich Ballroom, meeting rooms.
The Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown is near some historical icons, like the City Hall Park, Civic Center, the Woolworth Building, the world's tallest building from 1913 to 1930, St. Paul's Chapel, One World Trade Center, Brooklyn Bridge and others.
