Langham Hotel
The Langham, New York, Fifth Avenue is a luxury hotel housed in the 57-story skyscraper at 400 Fifth Avenue, between 36th and 37th streets, in Midtown Manhattan. It has 214 hotel rooms operated by the Langham Hospitality Group.
The skyscraper was designed by Gwathmey Siegel & Associates Architects and developed by Bizzi & Partners Development. It opened on November 1, 2010, as The Setai Fifth Avenue, managed by the Capella Hotel Group. In 2012, it was sold to Hong Kong–based Great Eagle Holdings, which placed the hotel under the management of their Langham Hospitality Group, a global hotel company with more than 30 properties located in major cities over four continents. The hotel was renamed Langham Place, Fifth Avenue on May 7, 2013, and renamed again The Langham, New York, Fifth Avenue in December 2017.
Among the amenities, there are the restaurant Ai Fiori, Bar Fiori, the Langham Club, on the 4th floor, fitness center, meeting rooms and more.
Centrally located in Manhattan, the Langham, New York, Fifth Avenue is a convenient base for visiting shopping destinations and cultural attractions, like The Grand Central Station, Empire State Building and Times Square, a short walk away.
