Hotel Park Ave NYC

The Hotel Park Ave NYC, formerly Mondrian Park Avenue, at 444 Park Avenue South, on the northwest corner of East 30th Street, NoMad neighborhood, New York City.

It was an office building, originally 13 stories high, built in 1918. By 2011 or before, it was expanded to 19 stories and redeveloped to house the SLS Park Avenue hotel, by SLS Hotels. It changed to Mondrian Park Avenue in 2017 and it had 189 rooms designed by Phillippe Starck. In February 2019, Moin Development acquired the property. In July 2023, the Global Holdings Group took over the hotel from Moin Development. The hotel was renamed again in 2024 to Hotel Park Ave NYC.

The hotel is near the Empire State Building, Flatiron District, Madison Square Garden, stores of Fifth Avenue and some of the city's favorite restaurants and bars. Hotel amenities include spa, restaurant on the ground floor, fitness center, meeting rooms, and an outdoor lounge on the 14th floor.
