Pendry Manhattan West Hotel, Hudson Yards

The Pendry Manhattan West is a 21-story hotel at 438 West 33rd Street operated by Pendry Hotels. It is part of the Manhattan West project in the Hudson Yards, located on the west side of Manhattan, bound by 9th Avenue in the east, 10th Avenue in the west, 31st Street in the south, and 33rd Street in the north.

Pendry Hotels and Resorts, founded in 2014, is a chain of luxury boutique hotels owned by Montage International. As of 2022 it operates seven properties in the United States. The Pendry Manhattan West is the first in New York City.

The hotel building, designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill, began construction in December 2018 by Brookfield Properties and opened on September 17, 2021. It include 164 guest rooms (30 suites with floor-to-ceiling windows), restaurants, gym, spa, fitness center and movement center, lounge, an open-air terrace bar, the ground-floor Bar Pendry, meeting and event space, shop and more.
