Warren Street Hotel
The Warren Street Hotel is a luxurious boutique hotel located at 86 Warren Street, between Greenwich and West Broadway streets, in TriBeCa neighborhood, Lower Manhattan. It opened in February 2024.
The Warren Street Hotel was built in the same historic site of the old Bowling Green, operated in the early 18th century, and also housed the Vauxhall Garden, operated by Samuel Fraunces, who also established the historic Fraunces Tavern. The site was used as a car parking since the late 20th century (or before) until the construction of the hotel.
The hotel is operated by the London-based Firmdale Hotels, which operates three hotels in New York City, including the Whitby Hotel, located on West 56th Street near 5th Avenue, and the Crosby Street Hotel in SoHo. Each hotel was designed
Each of the hotel’s 69 bedrooms, suites and residences are individually designed and decorated by Kit Kemp, some with private terrace gardens and skyscraper views of Lower Manhattan and the Hudson River.
