Four Seasons Hotel New York
The Four Seasons Hotel New York is located at 57 East 57th Street, between Madison Avenue and Park Avenue, in Midtown Manhattan. The hotel is owned by Ty Warner Hotels and Resorts and operated by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. It opened in 1993 and has 368 rooms and 15 suites.
This 52-story hotel building, 682 feet (207.9 m) high, was designed by Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, Frank Williams and Associates.
The hotel opened in June 1993. In 1996, the Lai Sun Group purchased the hotel and sold it, in 1999, to a private investment group headed by Ty Warner, which still owned it.
The facilities include restaurant, TY Bar, spa, fitness center, business center, meeting spaces and more. The hotel is near Central Park, Fifth Avenue, shopping centers (few blocks from Barneys, Chanel, and YSL) and other attractions.
