This five-story building, at 130 Broadway, existed in the late 19th century or before, including the Child's Lunch. The building also housed the Mooney & Boland Detective Agency and Dr. J. Morris (chiropody and manicure). It was demolished in 1911 to make way for the Guaranty Trust Company Building.
