The 15-story, steel-frame Dun Building at 290 Broadway, corner of Reade Street, was completed in 1898 and demolished in 1969. The 14-story Vincent Building at 302-304 Broadway on the southeast corner of Duane St. was built in 1899 and was acquired by the Fordham University in 1943.
