Prospect Park - Vintage Images
Prospect Park is located in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. It was created between 1866 and 1873, on an area of 585 acres of remnant forest and farmland that was transformed into a beautiful landscape. It was officially opened in 1867. Later, the Park was completed with playgrounds, a zoo, skating rink, botanical garden and other equipment.
