Original title: The Herald building — including the Broadway Bridge and St.Paul's Church. Photograph taken from the City Hall Park. The Post Office Building was constructed on this site, starting in 1869. Park Row is on the left. The Western Union Building, completed in 1875, is not seen on Broadway. The Herald Building was completed in 1867, at the corner of Broadway and Ann Street. So we can estimate that this photo was taken around 1867 and 1869.
