Buildings in Lower Manhattan - 1895

High view of buildings on Broadway, Lower Manhattan. Trinity Church (left), the American Surety Building (finishing construction), the United States Bank Building, the Union Trust Company Building, the Manhattan Life Building (right), and the Consolidated Exchange Building. Only two buildings still stand today: Trinity Church and the American Surety Building, that incorporates Greek elements such as the Ionic
entrance colonnade and the classical sculptural figures.
