On the northwest corner of Wall and Water streets (right) stands the Tontine Building, completed in 1902, now Wall Street Hotel. The buildings on the the southwest corner of Wall and Water streets were replaced by the 75 Wall Street, a 42-story skyscraper, completed in 1987. The skyscraper on the left is the 20 Exchange Place, formerly the City Bank–Farmers Trust Building, completed in 1931.
