The Park Hyatt New York Hotel is located at 153 West 57Th Street, between 6th and 7th avenues, Midtown Manhattan. It opened in 2014
This luxury hotel is housed in the 75-story One57 (two below ground floor) residential building completed in 2014. The skyscraper has 92 condominium units above a 210-room Park Hyatt Hotel. It was developed by Extell Development Company and designed by Christian de Portzamparc. The One57's façades are made of panels in shades of blue. Its roof is curved and, on the 57th Street side, the tower contains several setbacks.
The Park Hyatt is a retreat in Midtown Manhattan, designed by Yabu Pushelberg. The interior, with plenty of polished marble and stone and color palette dominated by light grays, white and rich browns.
This luxury hotel, with spacious guest rooms and suites, includes meeting rooms, the Onyx Room and Foyer, the Living Room, a bar & lounge experience offering handcrafted cocktails, Spa Nalai on the 25th floor, with steam room, hot tub and an indoor saltwater swimming pool, Rossano Ferretti Hair Spa, gym, ballroom and much more.
The hotel is a short walk to Carnegie Hall, MoMA, Central Park, Grand Central Station, Rockefeller Center, Columbus Circle, New York Public Library.
