Dominick
The Dominick, formerly the Trump SoHo, is a hotel-condominium skyscraper located at 246 Spring Street, on the corner of Varick Street, in the Hudson Square neighborhood NYC. It completed in 2009 and renamed in December 2017. The hotel, with 391 units, is part of Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ Legend Collection.
This 46-story luxury hotel was constructed from 2006 to 2008. It was designed by Handel Architects. The interior designer was David Rockwell of the Rockwell Group. The project was a collaboration between the Trump Organization, the Bayrock Group and Tamir Sapir.
Hotel facilities include Spring & Varick restaurant and Mr. Jones, the hotel's cocktail lounge, business center with conference and meeting rooms, seasonal pool deck with a bocci court, the Spa at Dominick, fitness center and the seasonal bar Bar d’Eau. The 46th floor is home to "SoHi", an event space offering New York skyline views.
The Dominick is in the heart of SoHo neighborhood, just steps from galleries, restaurants and shops. It offers amazing views of NYC skyline, Hudson River, Statue of Liberty and Empire State Building.
