Smyth Tribeca Hotel, West Broadway NYC

The Smyth Tribeca is a boutique hotel is located at 85 West Broadway, on the southeast corner of Chambers Street, Lower Manhattan.

The 14-story edifice was designed by Richardson Sadeki and built in 2008. It houses 15 condominium apartments, the Smyth Upstairs, on top of the Smyth Hotel. By February 2018, the Smyth Hotel was replaced by the international AKA Hotels brand as AKA Tribeca. The hotel was closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic and reopened in 2022 as the Smyth Tribeca, with 100 rooms and suites.

The hotel facilities include the Smith Tavern on the ground floor, Galerie Bar, gym, meeting rooms and more. It is next to the Chambers Street Subway Station, a major hub connecting to the rest of NYC. The hotel is near the City Hall Park, shopping, the Piers on the Hudson River and it is less than 10 minutes from the National 9/11 Memorial & Museum, One World Trade Center and the Oculus.
