Times Square Edition, 7th Avenue, Midtown Manhattan

The Times Square Edition is a luxury hotel located at 20 Times Square and 701 7th Avenue, corner with West 47th Street, Midtown Manhattan, featuring 452 guest rooms and suits. The hotel, operated by Marriott, is housed in the 42-story 20 Times Square mixed-use building completed in February 2019.

This 42-story 20 Times Square skyscraper was developed using an existing 6-story commercial base, seeking to build a multi-use development which included an integrated urban hotel, retail shopping, and an entertainment destination. Additional goals included to maximize the size of a new LED street sign, and exploring options for positioning a large advertising sign, a retail base, and a 27 floors of hotel guestrooms that maximized the value of each.

Hotel facilities include fitness center, spa, restaurant Terrace and Outdoor Gardens, Lobby Bar, Paradise Club nightlife and much more. The hotel is in the heart of the Theater District and near the Rockefeller Center and many other attractions.
