The 67-story American International Building, at 70 Pine Street (also known as Cities Service Building), is a landmarked Art Deco building constructed from 1930 to 1932. It served as the headquarters for the Cities Services Company in New York City.
The 71-story Manhattan Company Building at 40 Wall Street (now Trump Building) was built from May 1929 to May 1930. It was the tallest building in the world for about two months. This old skyscraper is crowned by a pyramidal roof capped by a spire.
