Bryce Canyon
Bryce Canyon was established, in 1923, as a national monument and, as a national park, in 1928. It lies on the eastern edge of the Paunsaugunt Plateau in south central Utah. The park includes geological wonders in irregular columns of rock and in a series of natural amphitheaters or bowls, carved into the edge of a high plateau.
