Columbus Monument, dedicated in 1892, is in the center. The USS Maine National Monument was cast in 1912 at the Merchants' Gate entrance to Central Park. The U.S. Weather Bureau sign and the Baltimore & Ohio Motor Coach Station are on the left. Buildings on Fifth Avenue are seen in the background. Central Park West is on the left.
