This skyscraper of the time, located at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Broadway, south of Madison Square Park (to the left), was completed in 1902.

The Albemarle Hotel, on the northwest corner of West 24th Street, is on the right. The Fifth Avenue Hotel is on the southwest corner of West 24th Street.
