Grand Hotel on Broadway - about 1920
The Grand Hotel, located on the corner of Broadway and West 31st Street, opened its doors in 1868. The Annex, at 34-36 West 31st Street, was built in 1903. The old Wallack's Theatre (not seen here) closed in 1915. The big sign in front of the building appeared since 1913. Photo from William J.
