This is a fragment of a photograph published by Detroit Publishing Co., about 1910. It shows buildings along Central Park South, part of the West 59th Street, in Manhattan, looking west from Fifth Avenue. The New York Athletic Club building is on the corner of Sixth Avenue and the Navarro Flats, on the corner of 7th Avenue. The Plaza Hotel is to the left and central Park is to the right. This section of West 59th Street, between Columbus Circle and Grand Army Plaza, was renamed Central Park South in 1896.
