Florida is a popular tourist destination and numerous forms of recreation are available, been water sports among the most popular. The state has some great parks, forests and wildlife refuges, including the Everglades, Big Cypress, Apalachicola, Myakka River, Biscayne National Park, Canaveral National Seashore and others. The capital é Tallahassee and Miami is the largest metropolitan area.
