The American Surety Building, completed in 1896 at 100 Broadway, on the southeast corner of Pine Street, is on the right. Singer Building, completed in 1908, is the tallest skyscraper in the photo.
The two Gothic-inspired skyscrapers at left are: Trinity Building, with tower, at 111 Broadway (adjoining the Trinity Church Yard) and the United States Realty Building, at 115 Broadway. Both completed in 1907.
